This program runs in 4- or 5-week cycles, each with a unique focus designed to help you build strength, mobility, endurance, balance, and confidence. Every session builds on the last, creating a progressive, practical approach to movement.
Join live on Zoom or watch the recordings at your convenience throughout the cycle. Plus, you’ll receive weekly recaps with key takeaways and simple suggestions for independent practice between sessions.
What you get:
