Hey there, I’m David.

I’m not your average trainer—I’m also an educator with decades of experience helping people move beyond the obstacles that hold them back, whether it’s fear, doubt, or uncertainty about where to start.

I focus on sustainable movement for longevity, strength, and resilience at any age, guiding people toward greater ease, power, and confidence in daily life. My approach isn’t about rigid exercise but about reclaiming physical freedom through movement that evolves with you.

By blending curiosity, playfulness, and compassionate self-awareness, I help people—especially older adults—build strength, balance, and confidence in ways that feel natural, engaging, and supportive.

With a background in movement science and education, I challenge conventional fitness norms and promote a more holistic, enjoyable approach to training. I’m also an anti-ageism advocate, working alongside leaders in the field to dismantle limiting beliefs—because changing how we think about aging is one of the most powerful ways to support lifelong health and well-being.
